Payment, Insurance & Cancelation Info
Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and e-transfer payments are accepted.
Payment is due at the time of service. A receipt will be provided to you for reimbursement from your benefit plan. Directly billing your ensurer can also be applied when approved by your insurer.
Payment:
If you are unable to attend your counselling session, please notify us within 24 hours prior to the session, or you will be required to pay for the cost of the session.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are late for your appointment you will still be required to pay for the full rate. Your counselling session will be for the duration of the scheduled appointment.
Late Policy:
Counselling services may be covered partially or in full by your private insurance company or your employee benefits package. They may also be payed directly by your insurer. Check your coverage by asking the following questions:

What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per counselling session?
What is my totally yearly coverage for counselling?
Does my insurer do direct billing to the counselor?
